Rinnai's ACE Pro program is the manufacturer's highest tier of verified installer. NorCal Water Heaters has met Rinnai's training, install-volume, and customer-satisfaction requirements. We install the entire Rinnai tankless lineup — from the RU series for standard Bay Area homes to the RUR series with built-in recirculation for larger estates.

Navien's Service Specialist designation requires direct factory training on the NPE-A2 condensing tankless platform. We're certified to install, warranty-service, and diagnose every Navien tankless unit sold in the U.S. — including the NPE-A2's built-in recirculation and SmartPlug control.

We're a Rheem ProPartner — authorized installer for the ProTerra heat pump water heater series and the Performance Platinum tank line. ProPartner status gives us direct access to Rheem rebate processing, priority warranty support, and first-look at new product releases.

Bradford White is one of the last major US-owned water heater manufacturers, with over 140 years of build history in Pennsylvania. Their Factory Trained Plumbing Professional program certifies installers on the full Bradford White lineup — including the AeroTherm heat pump water heater series that we install regularly across Silicon Valley. Certified through Bradford White's Litmos training platform.

We install Aquasana's full water-treatment lineup — the Rhino whole-home filtration systems, the SimplySoft salt-free conditioner, and reverse osmosis under-sink platforms. Aquasana training gives us deep knowledge of the Bay Area's hard-water profile (10–20 grains per gallon county-wide) and how to match the right system to your home's water source.

Grundfos makes the recirculation pump platform we install most often — the Comfort System (Alpha, ALPHA1, ALPHA2). For homeowners who want instant hot water at every tap without tearing up their walls, this is the cleanest retrofit on the market. Grundfos training certifies us on sizing, installation, and warranty service across their residential lineup.

TECH Clean California is the statewide incentive program for low-emission appliance installs (heat pump water heaters, heat pump space heaters, induction cooktops). As a TECH-enrolled installer, we're set up to file applications immediately when funding is available. Note: as of November 2025, TECH's single-family incentives were fully reserved and the program is currently waitlist-only — if it reopens, we're first in line for your application.

In-house rebate processing

We file every SVCE, SJCE, SVP, PCE, and 3CE rebate application as part of the install. You don't pay a rebate processor or chase paperwork — we handle it. (Federal 25C tax credit expired at the end of 2025 and is no longer available; TECH Clean California is currently waitlist-only.)
