[LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME] DBA NorCal Water Heaters is a licensed plumbing contractor (CSLB #1104288) providing water heater installation, repair, and water filtration services to residential customers in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Santa Cruz Counties, California.
2. Services
We provide tankless water heater installation, heat pump water heater installation, combi boiler systems, traditional tank water heater replacement, water heater repair, and water filtration system installation. All work is performed in accordance with California building codes and manufacturer specifications.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and reflect the scope of work as understood at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins; any such variations will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of service.
5. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by the manufacturer's terms, which we will provide upon request.
6. SMS Messaging Program
NorCal Water Heaters operates an SMS messaging program for customers who opt in. When you opt in, you may receive non-marketing messages (such as appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, service completion notifications, estimates, and invoices) and/or marketing messages (such as special offers, discounts, and service updates), based on the consents you have provided.
7. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (408) 613-8455. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

9. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per service appointment for non-marketing messages, and up to 4 messages per month for marketing messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
